Nancy C. (Tootie) Rinker

Nancy C. (Tootie) Rinker
Audiologist

Nancy C. (Tootie) Rinker, M.ED. CCC-A. joined Hearing Aid Services in 2009. She holds a Virginia state license and is certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association as an Audiologist. She began her Audiology career in 1978, working the last 10 years in occupational hearing conservation. Tootie holds degrees from Madison College and the University of Virginia and completed her clinical fellowship at the Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.

Martha Artz-Cain

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Martha Artz-Cain joined Hearing Aid Services in December, 1978 and was licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in Virginia and West Virginia in 1981. Board Certified in Hearing Instruments Sciences in 1999 she also holds membership in the Virginia Society of Hearing Aid Specialists and the International Hearing Society. Martha became President of the Corporation in 1993 when her father-in-law, Allen Thomas, semi-retired and she continues to maintain the high standards he developed.

Travis King

Travis King
Hearing Instrument Specialist

Travis King joined our practice in 2008. He is a 1993 graduate of George Madison University with a degree in Biology and received his Hearing Aid Specialist license in June 2010. He is a member of the Virginia Society of Hearing. As the father of 3, Travis also welcomes working with the hearing instrument needs of school aged children that have been directed to us with a medical clearance. Being Martha's nephew he is the next generation to carry on the business.
